We have great news everyone! Green City Challenge is a finalist for the Green Festival Community Award. ย This means that we can win $5,000 if we get the most votes!

You can vote every day between April 21 and April 25. ย Additionally, on Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27 you can vote in person at the Green Festival at Pier 94 in Manhattan (711 12th Avenue at 55th Street). ย You, your friends and family can get into the Green Festival for free if you go to the Will Call table and say you were invited by Green City Challenge!
Ask everyone you know to vote for Green City Challenge and tell them to attend the Green Festival on our invitation.
If we win the $5,000 we will use the money to publicize our Eco-Carnival on October 12 in the East Village and to launch the Traveling Green City Challenge program for NYC schools. We want to bring our unique and exciting programs to as many New Yorkers as possible.
